Bëtho-cêna Fêqê (/ˈbëʃo/ /ˈcɘna/ [manual] [quilt]) is a temperate Large Town located in the Ineg̈èsho Zone of the Union of Engineers.

The name Bëtho-cêna Fêqê is derived from the Iron Elvish language, as Bëtho-cêna Fêqê was founded by Rawmpf̄̌sh Gaw̋chīy 'Violet Trigress' Cú̄́̄̋ Yāb Yaw̋nḱ Shêthonmth, who was culturaly Iron Elven.

Climate

Bëtho-cêna Fêqê has a yearly average temperature of 27°C (80°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a warm 30°C (86°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a pleasant 25°C (77°F). Overview

Bëtho-cêna Fêqê was founded durring the early 18th century in early fall of the year 1709, by Rawmpf̄̌sh Gaw̋chīy 'Violet Trigress' Cú̄́̄̋ Yāb Yaw̋nḱ Shêthonmth. The establishment of Bëtho-cêna Fêqê was somewhat plagued by a lack of willing colonists, leading to Rawmpf̄̌sh Gaw̋chīy 'Violet Trigress' Cú̄́̄̋ Yāb Yaw̋nḱ Shêthonmth electing to pay people to resettle in Bëtho-cêna Fêqê.

Bëtho-cêna Fêqê was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the early 18th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Bëtho-cêna Fêqê is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.

Bëtho-cêna Fêqê is buildings are arranged within a network of spacious cobblestone streets which form a rectangular grid, where each block verries in size given the proximity of the paralell streets forming each section. The ocasional smaller block has been used to construct a park, plaza, and other communal structures. The town is protected by a humble stone fence which is tall enough to provide adiquite cover for defenders to fire from, but no more than that. The peasent-grade has suffered a visible ammount of structural damage, leaving them effectivly useless. One can't help but wonder why the has not yet effected repairs.

Bëtho-cêna Fêqê has a very calm atmosphere. People can be seen relaxing, scocilizing, and going about all manner of business other than the daily grind. Men, women, children, all can be seen enjoying life in a laid-back way in the many parks which line Bëtho-cêna Fêqê’s streets. The town is very clearly a joyfull place as well as relaxing. Music can be heard often, as well as laughter. The smell of food and drink permiates the air. You can’t help but smile.

Civic Infrastructure

They are not to be confused with the Office of Civil Groundskeeping as they do not hold authority over nor responsibility for Bëtho-cêna Fêqê's natural decorations nor waterways.

Bëtho-cêna Fêqê has a Guild of Roadworkers, who are responsible for maintaining the roadways and public paths within town. They also have the duty of enforcing all civil laws relating to the roadways.

Bëtho-cêna Fêqê's bank was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used which employed abundant symbolic geometry, using pure forms such as the circle and square, and plans are based on often symmetrical layouts featuring rectangular courtyards and halls. These structures were is decorated with carved stone or stucco reliefs and made use of colorful stone mosaics..

In Bëtho-cêna Fêqê rain occurs in reverse with water pooling up from the earth then falling into the skies to from clouds, this unsettles every visitor that sees it.

The Spider Eater near Bëtho-cêna Fêqê are known to be more aggressive than normal.

In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the late 2nd century a local hero by the name of spared the town from the rampage of a legendary monster. A small order of knights was founded in 's honor, and bears his name to this day.
